Welcome to the Shiveh Business Directory ("we", "our", or "the Company"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our directory services at listatshiveh.com ("Site"). By listing your business, accessing, or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply specifically to businesses listing in the Shiveh Business Directory and users accessing the directory.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or list your business with us.
By listing your business or using the Shiveh Business Directory, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are listing a business on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
The Shiveh Business Directory allows halal businesses to list their services and products to reach a global audience of halal-conscious consumers. To list your business, you must:
We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject any business listing at our sole discretion. Listings that do not comply with halal standards, contain inaccurate information, or violate these Terms may be removed without notice.
The Shiveh Business Directory offers three packages for listing your business, each with specific features and durations:
We reserve the right to modify package features or pricing at any time. Changes will be reflected on the Site, and your continued use of the directory constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Payment is required for the Business ($10) and Premium ($25) packages. The Free package requires no payment but is subject to the limitations outlined above.
All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring timely payment. Failure to make payments for the Business or Premium package may result in the suspension or removal of your listing.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Shiveh Agency. If your listing is removed due to a violation of these Terms, no refunds will be provided. Listings under the Free package will automatically expire after 20 days unless upgraded to a paid package.
Businesses listing in the Shiveh Business Directory and users accessing the directory agree to:
Businesses are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their listing information, responding to consumer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and honoring any promotions (e.g., coupon codes) offered through the directory.
By listing your business, you grant Shiveh Agency a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your business information (e.g., name, logo, description, images, videos) on the Shiveh Business Directory and related marketing materials.
You retain ownership of any content you provide (e.g., business logos, images, videos). However, you warrant that you have the right to use and share such content, and it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
All content on the Site, including the Shiveh Business Directory’s design, text, and graphics, is the property of Shiveh Agency and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users may not reproduce or distribute this content without our written permission.
The Shiveh Business Directory is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor do we guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any business listing.
Shiveh Agency is not responsible for any interactions, transactions, or disputes between businesses and consumers facilitated through the directory, including issues related to coupon codes, events, or other promotional features. Businesses are solely responsible for their products, services, and customer interactions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shiveh Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your listing or access to the Shiveh Business Directory at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any unlawful or harmful activity.
You may terminate your listing at any time by notifying us in writing at contact@listatshiveh.com. Upon termination, your listing will be removed, and no refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period in the Business or Premium package. Free package listings will automatically expire after 20 days unless upgraded.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Shiveh Business Directory shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Fairfax, Virginia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our Site. The "Last Modified" date at the bottom of this page will reflect the date of the latest revision.
Your continued use of the Shiveh Business Directory following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue using the Site.
